Becoming 1% drop =/= removing it. You are comparing apples to grapes.
I mean, it makes sense, doesnât it? Because blizzard doesnât get any money from reselling of cards.
What was prestigious about getting lucky with RNG? Because some of us were soloing for the cat mount back before soloing old raids with tanks was cool, and simply got boned by RNG.
The ZG mounts were not on the same level as the ZA mount, regardless of how stupid that bear looks.

No, I wouldnât call people an idiot just for that.
They get a cut off both so my point is what makes one more special than the other? They made crafting the t3 sets 2.8 million gold so they wouldnât hurt the fee fees of those that bought it off the BMAH but they didnât give a crap about people that gold capped the Heavenly Onyx Cloud Serpent every time it popped up on there.
So I take back what I said. I can think of a certain gaming company I would call an idiot.

Dude, if someone is buying tokens to buy someone off the BMAH or from a seller to get the White Wooly Rhino, then theyâre getting a cut.
Most people donât buy TCG cards from eBay because of how expensive they are. There is a thread in the achievement forum for people buying and selling TCG items for gold. Thatâs where most people get that stuff.

Bad idea. ZG mounts and tier 3 should never have been put on the BMAH.
And they definitely should never have been introduced as a crafting grind.

I just find it frustrating that the tiger has 2 layers of RNG now. RNG in terms of it actually appearing on BMAH. RNG of being there on time to be able to bid a billion gold on it.
Then actually having a billion gold capped to spend on it in the first place.
Like I would have rather them not added it back in at all at that rate. And it kind of ruins any sort of âprestigeâ it had originally. Although I use that term loosely. It was cool. I wanted it so badly. I farmed ZG alot in BC and wrath.
The biggest crime to me is the fact that they removed all of this content in the first place. I really, really wish retail had all of this old content back in. When they removed the old overworld. They removed most of the charm the original game had with it.
It just sucks. I loved the revamp. But I hated losing all of the original leveling content and raids and dungeons. As well as them removing ammo and stuff like that. World of warcraft isnât really an MMORPG anymore in my OP.
Just crazy how much more difficult the tiger is to get now than it was originally. You could just walk into the raid, solo the boss. ANd keep coming back on your own terms until you had it. Or so we thought. Now you canât do that anymore and it is just completely stupid.
I honestly feel like even just having some of the lower ranks in vanilla PVP was cool. Most folks donât even have the basic titles nowadays. Like scout or grunt. It isnât difficult to see why either. Most vanilla players were already getting fed up with blizzard in wrath. And cata and the future expansions kind of finished it off.
I rarely see anyone who played that far back anymore in the retail game. They have just made some pretty pointless changes over the years, so it really isnât difficult to understand why that is. I love the game to death. But they have removed so much stuff over the years that didnât really need to be removed in the first place. Or changed so much stuff that didnât need to be in the first place. Those types of things only drive people away.
World of warcraft is still pretty popular. But I feel like if blizzard had a better track record over the last 19 years or so, and they hadnât made so many stupid decisions, they would have even more players playing the game.
Nothing in wow is really prestigious anymore, and blizzard always guaranteed to mess it up later on anyways.
They added the plagued proto drake to the BMAH to. And you had a limited run to get both the plagued and black proto drake from those achievement runs. Well, it feels bad for anyone who did the 10 man runs. Although those were probably more common. But now are infinitely more common now because they added them to the BMAH later on.
They have just ruined any sense of prestige wow has ever had in the past or the future of the game.

I just wish I could solo for those mounts again. Out of all the mounts in the game. Zulian tiger was the one I wanted. Now it is way to difficult to get. I am kind of a broke player to.
I just wish blizz would stop removing old content. Like what is the point in that. I farmed for a while for it, thinking I would have alot of time to farm for it. I was wrong.
Now it is just 50 times harder to get. Just blows my mind. They might as well of kept it removed permanently from the game. Or just not deleted it at all in the first place.
Now If I want it, I gotta get gold cap. Gotta have RNG of it being on BMAH. Then have RNG of being there at the right time when it pops up. Like that is insane to me, when before I just walked into the instance and farmed once a week for it. Why blizzard removed it, I will never know.
There are alot of things about retail that are cool. And removing content is one of those things about retail that isnât cool. No matter how you slice it.

You can still obtain the 1% mount one. The zul gurub ones you canât anymore outside the BMAH, ditto for the naxx drakes.
Again, apples to grapes. Invincible you can just throw tons of alts each week and it will drop eventually, while on Zul Gurub one you are left with the underwhelming cata version and unable to obtain the originals even though they were also soloable in wotlk and removed for arbitrary reasons in cata.

I understand your issue. Iâve spoken quite plainly about this before. The BMAH needs a massive overhaul.
