Well, I am telling you. I attempted to flag it and it did not work, which shows me it’s experiencing the bug.

Or you know. They may have tried to flag something they found to be a problem and it wouldn’t let them, without having flagged it before.
There is cooldown on flagging cant try.
No, but you can switch characters and try that way.
But just to put your mind at ease:
Can’t flag for spam a second time, thus the option is now gone.
No notation at the bottom of the post that I’ve flagged it for spam.

Welcome to Customer Support, not to be confused with Customer Service. This forum is one for players to assist other players. What it is not, is a contact point for Blizzard staff. Yes, you may see some of our fantastic SFAs popping in some threads as they are wont to do, but they are the only staff that comes to this forum. There are no Devs, no GMs, no CMs - nada. Our SFAs, while pretty nifty, are here in an infodesk like capacity. They offer advice and insight when and where they can, but there is never a guarantee that you will merit a Blue response.
You read them, the same as the rest of us do. But Blizzard does not have to explain why they do what they do, least of all in moderation. It’s their sandbox, they can do as they want. The forums are not necessary to the game itself. If something bothers you, you flag it if it breaks the rules and mute it otherwise. It’s up to you to decide your personal boundaries and what irks you - and then how to negate it’s effects on your day to day.
My rambling aside, ironically GD is the place to talk about GD issues. There isn’t really a set forum that you’re guaranteed you’re going to get one-on-one interaction with a CM or anyone of the sort. Wherever you post - outside of this forum - that data is gathered and pushed along to the appropriate people. So again, GD is likely the most ideal as a whole.
Or you can try this forum - again, it’s not going to get you a nice fireside chat. But it is a dedicated place to leave your suggestions and feedback without the antics of it being GD.
