And also btw, let us NOT assume that just because something is an issue for players that it isn’t relevant to the game. After all, any good game is designed WITH players in mind. Not to be dictated by players but influenced by.
Also, your belief system on what constitutes as a ‘game problem’ incoherent with the reality of game design because game problems are also player problems and player problems are also game problems. Players need a game to play and games need players.
demanding? More like making well thought out arguments that show WHY it shouldn’t be in. Also, I’d argue the boost is blizzard allowing players to dictate changes made to the game because the boost is an entirely new creation put into classic whereas not having it would be doing the game as it was prior.
This has absolutely no relevancy to ANYTHING I just said.
Most people I’d wager who will be playing TBC substantially will already have the characters necessary to play it.
Who said I levelled it for that purpose? I actually did it because at the time, I planned on moving to the US but then those plans fell through so I ditched the toon very early on. I don’t like playing with high MS.
You have yet to make one well thought out argument.
AND you duck the question again.
WHY ARE YOU HERE?
I can speculate it’s because you simply want to stir the pot and make trouble. Blizzard reads the EU forums just as much as they read the NA. So double posting is, well ya know, against COC.
It isn’t relevant. And besides, I’m not sure what you specifically mean but what I can tell you is I’ve had many questions that sound like that and I’ve answered them many times. I don’t feel an obligation to repeat myself for you.
Not at all. Because as I’ve stuck to from the beginning, there will be a massive spike of TOURISTS who have boosted at launch but what I would consider to be the ‘players’ of TBC will be those who don’t need the boost.
However, that initial spike of tourists will be a problem for the multitude of reasons I brought up in the OP.
Wtf are you even saying? I was rerolling to US in advance of moving to the US so that when playing in the US, I wouldn’t have high ping. Is it that hard to understand? I get the feeling that you are being purposefully obtuse.
We wouldn’t know because blizz don’t release subscriptions numbers anymore because of the utterly pathetic state of retail wow but what I can say is that, on EU at least, we had a multitude of full and high pop realms all the way until early phase 6. Not bad if you ask me.
