Fiery red could also work with the whole “forge” theme. Not just for their hair and eyes, but also their plates and Jewelry, as in burning hot metal.

It was stated they where allowed back in as a nessesary evil, they believed they needed them to help with the events of the cataclysm.
I do not see night elves as the anti mage race honestly.

DI should get actual jewelry with effects that has the corters looking like overheated metal and so though, that’d be pretty cool.
Maiev was the anti-mage one, but then again she’s always been a bit unstable.
