I just want to say why can’t the new starter common gear be transmoggable? Like what’s up with that ? Why can’t we ever have any nice plain tmogs ? It’s always NONONO you can’t tmog this can’t tmog that . Those new starter sets are amazing and if like them to be tmoggable hmph .

I know, and it is sad that it will no longer be obtainable too. I wish I could transmog into some of the starter gear.
Congrats for getting my point. I really don’t care if blood elves get red eyes and alabaster skin but I recognize that they are probably the most requested customizations at this point and I don’t think they would be too much trouble to add.
Tails are not the only thing Worgen players are after customization wise. The reason the tails thread is so much larger than the other post, is that post is going more in depth about the requests of Worgen options. Comparably there are fewer Worgen players so a discussion about 1 aspect of the race is much easier for non Worgen players to talk about.
That said we Worgen players are not just wanting only an optional tail. Yes it’s the most talked about aspect but we are also talking about:
A correct lore size of 8 feet tall rather than the current 6’ 11".
The optional choice of male Worgen to stand upright just like how orcs can choose to hunched over or stand up straight.
More fur colors. The pure white Worgen was an instant favorite among players and there is even an unused pure black Worgen skin hidden from use.
Jewelry options for Worgen form. Where we can choose to see anything with our Worgen form as currently that option just isn’t a thing for our core form.
Hair options would be nice but due to the Worgen mane I don’t know how they could be incorporated easly so that optional thing might be more complex but anything has to be better than the current 6 small unnoticeable braided hair we currently have.
Worgen players have also been discussing the option of letting us hide our weapons and using our claws for attacks. While this might not seem like much to alot of people this would be something a bit unique to Worgen and some players like races with more unique qualities.
Worgen human form has nothing unique at all to it. If it weren’t for your UI saying we are Worgen or us being in combat you would have no idea your with a Worgen player. Some have asked the human waltz dance that exist to become our human form dance to set us apart from the Stormwind humans.
There are other requests as well in the Worgen customization thread that have been discussed so I’m not going to put everything here but like I said the most common request is the optional tail because it’s one of the more simple things to add. The foundation of the tail is already in the current bones of the model.
Hopefully Blizzard will keep up the trend of listening to feedback and Worgen will see some love as well when it’s our turn. Yes there are some who say Worgen customization can be applied to our human form but you have to remember this isn’t World of Peacebloom any time Worgen get into a fight we are forced to fight in our Worgen form. When we die our ghost are Worgen. Our human form until Shadowlands used to give us an error of you can’t do that in a shape shifted form for some actions such as accessing the barbershop. We are no longer human is what I’m getting at so while it was nice to customize our human look most Worgen are in our wolf form most of the time and this is where our customization options are almost non existing.

if you want to go back to the forest and be a farstrider, best you can do is equip a dragonriders harness for transmog and pretend they are farstrider tats. but then you cant even wear a shirt

Red eyes belong on both Void and Blood Elves.
Void elves are literally cult elves with void influences, and red is a void colour in both popular media as a whole, and in WoW.
Red for Blood Elves is for Dark Rangers.

This honestly puts it into perspective for me, looking at all the new customizations Lightforged and Nightborne got shows the effort Blizzard put for them in this round of updates.

Makes you wonder if the final raid of the expansion will be blizzard HQ and we are taking down devs that are ruining the game.
Why are there so many copies of what looks like bright white hair for the lightforged? I mean I didn’t look up close, but seemed like a bunch of the colors were a nearly identical bright white (which is closer to what I think the velves should have gotten for their white hair)
