Why the lack of Customization?

Dark rangers have no real reason to only be hunters, anyone can change vocation. High Elves could easily be more classes than void elves have.

I would like to point out that some Blood Elf “Rangers” are actually Rogues and Warriors.

It’s more of a Rank then a class.
