The few players who think this is a good thing don’t seem to understand the game just got x1000 harder for anyone thinking they’ll just play arena and get easy rating.
YOU won’t be able to. The player base will be so thin with these changes, that you’re only going to be facing pro teams who have been playing arena for the past decade and never stopped.
Nobody who has an experience with arena would ask for these kind of changes.

Yes I literally did. I have 4 wow accounts actually. Some with glad titles in wod too. I loved to dual box and play horde/alliance on the same pvp server.

The only reason to have casuals in is make the pool bigger early on. Whats going to end up happening is that casuals are going to try the new system out get stomped into the ground and stop playing. The better players are going to move up wards and play other people they ~should~ be matched against.

Pushing people towards meta comps and killing off team diversity and ease of access is the opposite of what’s good for the game.
This will turn arena teams into the same snobby meta slaves we had to deal with in classic where every raid wanted to stack warriors.

It makes sense that these changes are being implemented if this is how people are planning on abusing arenas for easy gear.
Most people will get hard stuck at 1800. There being rating requirements to purchase the gear rewards effort, which was the point of the 2.4.3 change back then.
