More accessibility features are always good.
huh? just turn the pet to assist and it attacks whatever you do
You realize there is a .2 sec gcd applied to the 1 button right?
It will never be the most effective. it is a noob button.
and that is fine.
How effective it is depends on your skill level and your DPS output.
Frankly after trying it, I donât think that many people will use it even if itâs better DPS - unless they are obsessed with the DPS meters but such people will likely outperform The Button - as itâs kind of boring spam one button.
i look at other popular titles that new players also are exposed to, and their playstyle.
In fact I posted all this, you just left it out in the quote.
Here it was what i said:
Personally, I think the better option would be to reduce button bloat and maybe add talents/create abilities that once you press said ability it turns into another ability, so it uses the same bind. An example to that would be like that ret pally talents called Templar Strikes and once itâs pressed, I believe it turns into Templar Slash. But I also see the benefit of it could have to someone who might not be able to press more than a couple binds. Just my 2 cents.
I really love the feature. I use more key-binds and macros than the average casual, but still struggle at times to find comfortable slots for everything. Some classes/specs have a lot of bloat. And most casual players probably donât use fancy gaming consoles either, just a regular gaming mouse.
I donât really understand the negativity. The feature isnât optimal and isnât meant to be, but it is a very helpful learning tool when trying a new spec. And learning is something that is very much required constantly in this game.
