Why not give Casuals high lvl gear?

What class im posting on lol

looks like they do care.

Oh wow now I am interested I will try to do twisting corridors on my outlaw rogue and report back!

Effort? Log in, pay your gold from a token, follow the raid and gather the gear. wow, thats effort.

you can go ask wildstar raiders if this is true. Oh wait, wildstar is gone.

Not everyone is bad and buys boosts my guy.

That above is STILL more effort than doing dailies/wqs

All classes can solo torghast but rogue is probably one of the worst classes for Torghast so dont feel too bad.

Sub is the optimal spec but outlaw can work fine too, just need to utilize sap/blind/kidney

discounting achievements on the premise of a potential paid carry is just dishonest conversation
just say you want something to do and to feel powerful without having to maintain raid schedule and everything it entails
there’s nothing wrong with that
casuals keep the game going

It really cracks me up how delusional some people in this thread are.

I love it when people claim they are casual to try and deflect their obvious lack of effort/success in game. Casual players clear AOTC and even CE. Some people literally raid one or two nights a week. They are casual players still playing the game.

Here is a reality check for you.
Just because you refuse to do normal/heroic raids or m plus doesnt mean casual players dont do them. You are an extreme minority trying to cloak yourselfs as “casuals” when in reality youre just Solo players trying to turn an MMORPG into a single player game.

or you pay one of the many carry spammers in trade and buy your way in

To be fair, solo play is a perfectly valid playstyle to desire even in a MMORPG if that satisfies the player; just because WoW falls under the category of a multiplayer game doesn’t inherently imply group content is required to continue a sense of progression. In the end, their $15 is worth just as much as yours and Blizzard would be doing themselves a disservice financially for not seeking to retain such players.

If you play the game for fun, the gear really makes no difference. If you play to get an edge over others, you will have it non the less considering the skill difference. If you play just to grind out better loot only for Blizzard to move the goalpost every patch, well I can’t really get behind that mentality as a reason to limit a playerbase’s sense of progression.

I dont buy boosts.

Even if I did its still more effort than doing WQs.

Thats fine, if someone wants to play solo all the power to them. Its an issue when they want the game to change its design and cater to them.

The game is designed to reward the best gear in group content.

My issue is when solo player entitlement demands the game give them top gear for doing braindead content.

I do play the game for fun, I play the game the WAY ITS DESIGNED and play the content that rewards the gear desired.

It is certainly the way it is currently designed, but that’s kind of the point of the last 700 messages; it’s essentially feedback stating some find the current design limiting and are looking for alternative avenues for progression as a reason to continue paying each month for their pleasure. This inherently boils down to a request for a design change though not necessarily one that needs to invalidate a sense of progression though raiding or M+.

They need to add mythic level gear to the store.

explain why please. and a real reason, they would be slowly earning it, not being given it.

your own words are “you dont need it” please explain why you somehow “need” it. sounds like you have an entitled streak a mile wide.

but you cant pay some one to do things for you so you get the rewards. try again.

Stop confusing casual with bad. Casual players have good gear. Bad players are demanding they get good gear for doing nothing. Stop being bad.

Actually let me edit, bad players can still get almost 250. I know a person who fails 75% of any m+ key they do and still is around 250 item level.

I’m demanding to be able to purchase my gear from the store directly rather than some shady boosting community.
