Just wondering. You know that many people play to be competitive. So why do 3 weeks into phase 8% nerfs.
now those players won’t be as good as they could’ve been 1st 3 weeks.
meanwhile melee push higher and higher
casters need a massive buff
Pvp was never meant to be balanced in classic. Why not just leave things for a phase? This stuff won’t matter at 60 and next phase. So why take enjoyment away for the next weeks?
Ngl, feeling like I want to unsubscribe and just play other stuff. I won’t because of my freinds and guild but goddam.
They can’t just “buffbuffbuff” because at a certain point of “no nerf only buff” the players just faceroll the PvE content (more than we do now) and arguably more importantly for WoW, the PvP becomes a BIG DAMAGE fest and they end up needing to test out how to nerf everyone’s PvP damage and we get tests like this last weekend.
If you cannot handle being in the middle or “only the 3rd best” DPS… then you need “drop some of your needs” or just reroll to the next best class if it’s that important, but don’t get mad that they’re trying to narrow the performance band without trivializing content. (I like Enhance, so I played it when it was poo in P1, I played it when it was demi-god in Tier 2, and I will continue to play it in P3 and beyond…)
Ideal balancing would have everyone within a 10% range, so while one would be better, the difference isn’t so great. (Every class offers utility, some more than others, it should be where you don’t feel the need to stack rogues over melee hunters in the melee group or visa versa…)
