It hasn’t been established that doesn’t have the use of his legs, so cutting off his legs for mechanical ones …may be a little premature!
Because Khadgar knows that all gnomes are worthless wastes of flesh who constantly like to point out how intelligent they are like perma-online redditors and would rather actually die then go anywhere near a mechagnome.
They even hide under benches in wrath PvP and shoot you with spells, spawn camping you.
I hate them all.
Thats what I gathered from the stay awhile and listen when he was chatting with alleria in his purple whip in dornogal. He could also just be recovering and not permanently paralyzed like some people think.
I’m not up to date on current power level lore, so I don’t know exactly how Khadgar and Jaina stack up against each other, but I imagine they’re at least comparable. Jaina levitated a battleship, Khadgar shouldn’t have much trouble manipulating his own body to move with arcane power. At the very least, I can’t imagine moving his own body around with magic would be any more draining than physically manifesting an arcane wheelchair 24/7 to support him.
He has seen the end result of their work and doesn’t want to wear a diaper.
