They’re the wow version of Adeptus Mechanicus constantly replace weak flesh into solid steel. If magic can’t fix his legs, wouldn’t mechagnomes be the next logical choice?
They don’t exactly “Turn flesh into steel” — They amputate and REPLACE flesh with steel …
I don’t think Khadgar’s too keen on chopping his legs off so he can have Robo-Cop runners. lol
He’s also not too keen on losing his favorite chair.
You know, I can’t help but think that the mystification with why Khadgar is sitting in the wheelchair that Modera made is related to the reason why a large chunk of the player base can’t get a date from a calendar.
Because he doesn’t want to turn into something that no one likes (mechagnomes)?
They look terrible.
His body might be weaker overall… hmm… what if we put his brain in a giant robot?
I have to admit i am not totally caught up in story, once we broke Xal trinket I tuned out.
Is khadgar like professor X now? Why can’t magic fix him, is it not strong enough to counter the dark magic that hurt him.
You’re right, I described it wrong
Kraaaanggar! “These turtles will never make it to the water!”
I don’t think Khadgar craves the strength and certainty of steel.
He said his body was actually destroyed but he copied himself with the arcane and remained dormant as arcane energy until alleria freed him. He said there was a consequence to that and I suppose losing your ability to walk was the consequence. I agree though, why can’t he be fixed with magic?
Because his girlfriend made him the chair. Guess a lot of people skipped the whole stay and listen of them talking about it.
He’s just recovering.
Same reason demon hunters can’t heal their eyes back? Magical damage?
Like in harry potter, not all injuries can just be magicked into healing.
Khadgar is real for that
Can’t believe putting a dude in a wheelchair triggered so many people lmao.
You are joking, right? there is no way that happened.
Forsaken do that too to be fair.
But I’m assuming they’re not fixing Khadgar because they’re going to kill him off, or completely sideline and replace him.
Or, get this, they’re telling a story and now he’s in the recovery aspect of the story.
