I like how Ive been gone a month or so but Lilithia is still making these threads. Thanks for doing all the good work for keeping the Loyalists alive.
I’ve read all of the out of game explanations. I know why Sylvanas changed. I dont know why so many Forsaken followed her as she became the very thing they hated.
The lives of those she called “nothing”.
And she isn’t saving anyone except herself. This is all so she doesn’t end up back in hell like before.
Actually, that’s an improvement. I remember at one point, she compared stealing a candy bar to genocide. It was… something.
This is posted content that a reasonable person would consider offensive, if not outright abusive. The hypothetical personal lives of other players should not be included in your premise. I advise an edit.
If you have to end a post with think about it then you don’t have a strong argument to begin with.
Yeah I would have edited out as post got buried but then Blizzard restored it, so obviously Blizz don’t have too much of an issue with what was said or they would have banned the post. Regardless I am sorry if you feel I took things too far, it was definitely not a target at any individual person, please note that it was a generalization.
As an aside, I have read through the entire thread, and I do find it fascinating that we tend to scale sins in our minds as ‘minor’ or ‘major’.
So tell me, is this how reality works, do we get a certain amount of sin points based on our immoral behavior? For instance, jaywalking, stealing candy, as these worth only 1 sin point, while cheating on someone is worth 20 sin points, while murder is worth 100 sin points, and genocide worth 1000 sin points is this how morality works? That some things are simply ‘less wrong’ than other things?
Let’s look at this at a different angle. Say that you were in a situation where it was literally kill or be killed, that your only option was to kill someone or you would die. Would it then be truly evil to fight for your own survival? The reality is that the Alliance has considered genocide against the Horde a few times in the past. Jaina herself has not only purged Dalaran but nearly destroyed Orgrimmar before her boyfriend at the time talked her out of it. Isn’t it only a matter of time before the Alliance totally loses it, and snaps causing a lot of mayhem? And don’t forget it was the night elves and their dabbling about with reckless magic that caused the Sundering in the first place.
Sylvanas is a fictional character right? Just making sure.
Yeah but your “Queen” didn’t even invite my kind to her dinner party she had in Org with the other leaders. Therefore I must kill her and all her supporters.
Not inviting a Pandaren to eat food is high treason amongst my people. It’s right next to not sharing beer.
Your thread is supposed to be about lore related to a major NPC. As such, you need to keep hypothetical RL judgement of other forum users out of the topic. It’s offensive and therefore I’m not going to entertain your query. I have not flagged your post. This is merely a friendly suggestion to keep it about the lore.
Well I’ve done a few things I’m not entirely proud of over the years, but trying to wipe out an entire race of beings because one of them said something you didn’t like? Whoa now that’s pretty darn evil.
She has a whole new villain jailer-armor model in shadowlands, she’s gonna be a raid boss 100%.
Now only is this hordie naive, it’s hardcore sexist.
So…in summary Lilithia you are advocating for RL genocide now???
It wasn’t meant to be sexist, just a generalization but the main point was that we’ve all done bad things.
The reason why is because she is a Mary Sue.
LOL This had me laughing really good.
Also really wanted to compliment how well that mog goes with a Pandaren. It’s quite awesome. ![]()
I as a forsaken, always wanted to be the baddie, its an RPG for a reason, wanting to not ne yourself and align with the evil side sometimes is fun.
I always wanted the option to serve the legion, the scourge and so on, I don’t see tha bad on following sylvannas, no world is a whole without a villian, or a problem to overcome.
P.D hail the Dark lady
because she mostly started stripping them of free will after she died at the battle of gilneas when she was killed by walden who did not want to be raised.
i can’t speak for Lilithia but i could do without the talmud.
