Not keys, but people who had previously cleared the next lower difficulty should be able to queue. The best rewards would go to people who pushed actual keys, while people who were doing untimed queuable difficulties would get token rewards so they could pay for their repairs.
It would be mostly for practice. People could practice on their own time with others who also wanted practice. They could stop and watch a video after wiping on a boss, instead of having the most obnoxious party member rage quit.

I would say you sound like the guy who takes steroids to build muscle but even steroid usage requires you to actually put forth effort to make the most of them.

Because players in LFR struggle with pressing the giant shining button in the middle of their screen to cleanse their sanity bar on Nâzoth. LFR players canât be bothered to do a fight that requires mechanics.
The threshold is not that high. When I was doing mid tier keys back in Legion(15-20) still could find great players as I could find idiots who had no business doing keys that high.
I personally think offering more options is just better overall. Not perfect but just better.

I would like to see normal and heroic through LFG as well. No determination stacks, just the tool that forms the group and lets players enter wings. More people would raid if it was added.

If 1 mechanics makes it so you need 10 stack of determination(or 2 people doing 50% of the raid dps), then is still true now.
And normal/heroic LFR shouldnt have determination stacks.
Honestly, there should be PVE Rating Brackets within difficulties as to avoid the LFR NâZoth problem.
Because LFR for LFR-level raids is horrifying enough.
Funny thing is, he is not that hard. Almost any boss from MoP LFR has more mechanics and they got nerfed like 10 times.
What really sounds stupid is people like you who are apparently on a mission to drive away as many paying customers as possible. I just had an LFR group who hit determination 10 on Nâzoth a few days ago.
And the last time Blizzard gave casual players access to challenging content- Cataclysm era heroic dungeons- the backlash was so severe that Blizzard back pedaled on it.
