Why is faerlina, grobb, benediciton still locked but whitemane isn’t ??

I’ve put 2 horde here since it opened and ironforge still hovers around 20K.
I guess blizzard fears the other big 3 would spike.
They may have to risk that at some point. If cata comes it’s going to be a whole new round of I’d like to play with friends…not rerolling everything. Not an unfair request where someone is looking at achievement counts, the mount you are on, etc.
rerolls lose all this since BOA was not a thing till later for this.
Because west coast is the best coast
