Report the thread and the mods will get to it. I don’t believe CS cross mods with other forums, plus their shift has ended for the evening.

No. No more than speeding would be okay because highway patrol isn’t there to catch them. Or stealing just because they weren’t caught.
As much as we would like it to be otherwise, moderation is not here 24/7. The post was made about an hour after the last mod went home for the day so that a thread exists that has been reported doesn’t mean it sanctioned or otherwise okay. It means, no one has reviewed it yet.
I’ve removed it since I happened to pop by, but please know that if you see a post that you feel may violate policy, just report it. We’ll get to it as soon as we can.
