I don’t think its too wild a speculation to make that they’re not doing games any favors through their consultation services.
Especially as they deal with no consequences if a game fumbles as a result of it.

I’d be surprised if all their hands in projects could be summed up as non-invasive.
Not if they charge 7 mill for a service but who knows I don’t know anything about how they put a price tag on involvement or input fees.

I mean, depending on if I’m remembering right that it was late in development so maybe a rush fee added, but that’s less than 5% of the $200 million budget of the game. Some creative services are priced based on the budget.
But no, I’m not gonna take the word of a bunch of people who conspiratorialize everything that there’s a nonsensical conspiracy out there.

They will if they keep this up. I hear things from both sides the fence. People are fed up.
It’s not the representation, it’s the toxicity that comes from these communities that think they’re above everyone else because of x reason.
