Cause they rushed this expac more then previous ones.
They had it real bad the week of 10.0 7/trading post release yes that was three long days. Then They kept it on Tuesday with some extensions, and now youâre complaining about one extra hour this week? They did one hour Tuesday and one hour Thursday at the same time of morning. Yes thereâs been a lot of extra maintenance recently with this expac mostly around the releases. Iâm not sure what you expect. I guess when the boats broke on DF release they should have waited a whole week to fix that. They do most of it during the morning/early day for people to be at work, time zones and weekdays off exist, it wonât line up perfectly for everyone.
To do maintenance on Tuesday and not again weds, thurs, or friday.

I played both those expansions and dont remember anything like this. I guess maybe super early vanilla and I missed it? The idea that the game is less buggy now than it used to be though I dont agree with however that was not my point. My point is not that its too buggy my point was that if you are not going to fix the issues on the weekly scheduled maintenance days and instead take the game down several other days during the week then why do we have the weekly day? It is no longer serving its purpose. The fact that the game has been buggy before or more buggy or less buggy or super buggy or super duper buggy in other expansions has no relevance to my point.

Your thinking that they can fix all of the bugs on Tuesday or that the game should not have scheduled maintenance because it is also down at other times is just misguided ,not stupid. You dont have to get fired up over it.

Not all bugs are caught within the cycle, and affect people so much they HAVE to be fixed quickly. You want the people who are screwed over by the bug that is discovered lets say Wednesday have to wait 6 days for a fix because you donât like the game being down a couple extra hours?

You are making this statement as though there is nothing Blizzard can do to reduce these bugs from happening. I would like them to do a better job on Tuesday so that they dont need to take the game down on other days throughout the week. Occasionally sure, but this has been happening consistently since the launch of DF.
you have no idea what is going on though? You are assuming they arenât and these that are getting through are the things they canât put off.
You are assuming that they just donât test, shut the game down for every little bug they find, and are just saying âDo better blizzâ.
Here is the thing. You are sitting here, on the other side of the game, with no knowledge on what is going on, how easy or difficult the fix is, how wide spread the problem is, who all it impacts, etc. You are just here complaining you canât play a game a few extra hours instead of them making a product work as much as possible and fixing any issues that impact people. Not all bugs can be caught in QA, testing environment, etc. Know why? Do you know how many different systems, machine compositions, etc that are out there? Not all of that can be in consideration.

Did you ever migrate that license to your Battlenet account? Achievements started in October 2008 and quite a few were retroactive so were granted the day you logged in after Achievements came out. I donât see any of those on this Bnet account.
WoW has always had Tuesday as the scheduled day, and has/will take the game down as needed to fix large bugs on other days of the week.
It really is way more stable than it was in Vanilla, BC, and even Wrath.
Regardless, you are free to suggest they ONLY take the game down on Tuesday no matter the issues that need fixing. I doubt that Blizzard, or most players, will agree with that though. People tend to like widespread bugs fixed ASAP, not a week later.
You keep talking about my achievements, I dont know what migration you are talking about, I have been playing since vanilla though and prob longer than you. You have an achievement from 2008 so you keep bringing that up to give yourself some credibility? I am confused as to why you keep bringing this up.

If you were in Alpha or closed beta, that is certainly possible. I started in Open Beta and have been subbed since release in 2004.
Because you claim to have played Vanilla and BC at the time, but there is nothing on your account showing that you did, and your comments about down time, bugs, and Mant are inaccurate. It leads me to think you were not actually playing, at least on this account. Or maybe you just donât remember all the down time?
Yes, you did migrate it over. You have the Mr. Chilly pet that was a reward from moving your WoW license to Bnet during the initial migration period. Before they disabled the direct license login. That matches your history of playing mid 2009 just before the merge. Merge was Nov 2019.

What are you talking about everyone is a basement dwelling neckbeard that doesnât work or go to school and is hard core playing WoW between 7am pst/pdt and 8am pst/pdt (sometimes to 3pm pst/pdt) and are losing serious game time and the energy they have gotten off of massive loads of Monster Energy and Hot Pockets

So what on my account would show that I played in vanilla or BC? Because I def played so if its not on my account then its not on yours either. I was in raiding guild for the entirety of TBC from launch and was among the first wave to max level and to get a flying mount.
