Why is nobody discussing endurance conduit discrepancies?

If versatility has taught me anything it’s that more defense + base toolkit can make a massive difference. So I figured I would post all of the endurance conduits so we can have a good discussion on who wins and who gets shafted in shadowlands. And, spoiler alert - enh shaman still get shafted :frowning:

Demon Hunter
Fel Defender - Cooldown of Blur is reduced by 10 seconds, max of 20 seconds.

Shattered Restoration - Healing of spheres increased by 10%, max of 25%

Viscous Ink - Passive magic damage taken decreased by an extra 8%, max of 15%

Death Knight

Hardened Bones - While lichborne is active take 5% less dmg max of 15%

Insatiable Appetite - Minimum healing of death strike increased by 1% max of 8% (total of 13% hp heal minimum)

Reinforced Shell - Anti magic zone radius increased by 15% and duration increased by 1 sec max of 8 secs

Druid

Tough as Bark - Barkskin cd reduced by 10%, max of 24%

Ursine Vigor - for 4 secs after shifting into bear form, armor and hp increased by 12%, max of 28.8%

Innate Resolve - Regrowth and Frenzied regeneration healing increased by 12% max of 28.8% when used on yourself.

Hunter

Tortollan resolve - Aspect of the turtle cd reduced by 10 sec, max of 32 secs

Marksman Advantage - Hunters mark makes target do 3% reduced dmg to you, max of 10%

Rejuvenating Wind - Exhileration heals you for an additional 10% of your max health when used over 8 secs, max of 30%

Resilience of Hunter - Feign death reduces dmg taken by 3% for 8 secs, max of 10%

Mage

Cyro-Freeze - When iceblock is used heal for 20% of your max health, max of 50%

Diverted Energy - Your barriers heal you for 20% of the dmg taken, max of 60%

Tempest barrier - Blinking applies an absorb for 5% of your health max of 15% for 15 secs

Monk

Fortifying Ingredients - Fortifying brew gives absorb shield equal to 5% max health, max of 20% for 15 secs

Grounding Breath - Casting vivify on yourself increases healing by 10% max of 25% and has chance to refund the cost

Hard Denial - Expel harm healing increased by 20%, max of 35%

Paladin

Divine Call - Divine shield cd reduced by 5 secs when hit, 30 sec internal cd, max of 15 sec internal cd

Golden Path - Consecration heals you for 2 x 5% of your attack power every second while standing in it, max of 4.8 x 5% of atk power

Shielding Wards - Word of glory applies a shield on the paladin for 15% of healing done, max of 30% for 10 secs

Priest

Charitable Soul - Casting divine shield on someone also applies a shield on yourself equal to 10% of the amount, max of 25% for 10 secs

Lights Inspiration - Desperate Prayer heals you for an additional 5%, max of 20% over 5 secs

Translucent Mage - Dmg taken reduced by 5% after using fade for the first 5 secs, max of 15%

Rogue

Cloaked in shadows - Entering stealth applies a bubble absorbing 10% of max health, max of 24%, being reduced by 2% each second while out of stealth.

Nimble Fingers - Energy cost of Feint and Crimson Vial reduced by 5, max of 20

Recuperator - Slice and dice heals you for 18% of max health over 36 secs (didn’t see higher ranks)

Shaman

Astral Protection - Reincarnation cd reduced by 3 mins and instantly casts astral projection, max of 10 mins

Refreshing waters - Healing Surge healing increased by 15% on yourself, max of 30%

Vital Accretion - Earth elemental increases your max health by 20%, max of 40%

Warlock

Accrued Vitality - Life drain heals for 44% of amount drained over 10 secs, max of 100%

Diabolic Bloodstone - Anyone that uses your health stone grants you 5% leach for 8 secs, max of 12%

Resolute Barrier - Any attack received that is less than 5% of your max hp reduced cd of Unending resolve by 10 secs. Internal cd of 30 secs, max of 16 secs

Warrior

Iron Maiden - Slam has a 4% chance to refund a charge of shield block, max of 10%

Indelible Victory - Victory rush / Impending victory heal for 4x the dmg it dealt over 8 secs, max of 8x the dmg.

Stalwart Guardian - Cd of Die by the Sword and Enraged Regeneration reduced by 20 secs, max of 50 secs.

I find these ones particularly hilarious in light of Mage also getting alter time back and baseline mirror images that spam frostbolt for all specs and reduce damage taken by 20%.

my question is when does the ‘of max’ reset. Like is it everytime you get the ability off of cd again, or is it everytime you drop combat.

I think shaman loses pretty bad considering one of them is a 5 minute CD and the other is completely unusable and the third one is just kinda sad.

I think the max refers to the conduit being maxed.

Earth ele ones pretty strong considering it’s out for an entire min.

But the others are lackluster

Healing surge might be good paired with things like swelling waves + ele fury effecting healing crits now.

Like 30% more healing on surge + 10% if es us will allow ourselves to prolly top ourselves really easily again similar to how ele worked in legion.

I think we just need one in place of reincarnation. Something for our wall potentially similar to all the other walls becoming stronger. We can get max 30 sec removed from wall cd or make it a stronger wall and will be similar to most the other specs.

Correct, so when your covenant is higher in ranks, or something like that.

A big problem is Blizzard didn’t give max level conduits for us to test. Just as all the soulbind trees won’t be tested…it took me hours to finish the night fae campaign to unlock the last soulbind tree. Things like this as well as max level conduits wont be tested similar to max corruption resistance in 8.3. I’m sure we will see broken damage/damage reduction come the end of the expansion just like BFA

I think two of the DK ones are really good - the anti magic zone and the death strike healing. Having it heal a base of 13% of max health will make it a lot harder to kill them.

The DH as well, if they take all 3 of those and go with the talent for soul sphere, I actually think they will be harder to kill than they currently are. :frowning:

He means the max rank. Conduits will be 1-15 meaning a rank 1 will do the lower lvl and max is rank15

I like hunter’s TBH. Doesn’t seem too over the top like mages lol. Also does this mean DKs can get 20 second AMS with spell eater?

Side question: how do conduits work, like can we use all of them or just choose 1/swap between?

You equip them into a slot on soulbinds, think like relics in legion and essences for bfa.

i think these all sound decent considering the fact that when i see an ele shaman i already know you’re gonna go full cowboy on my @$$ and fling your lasso around my tip and yank it clean off like a well tenured surgeon. Leaving me weaping in the fetal position realizing my life has ended in a matter of seconds.

Doesn’t the finesse conduit for DK that reduces the CD on IBF count as a defensive one too? It should.
