I downloaded the game a month ago, made a few toons and played them till 20 and decided to sub (also had a friend refer me bfr I subbed so we can benefit the perks). I have made over 40 toons now and I created a guild to put them all in. I haven’t been able to resub yet this month, but for some reason when I try to access my mail (I sent my little toons gb tabards and stuff), the GB or even the AH (again). I keep getting a message or pop up that states it’s restricted for trial accounts or that I need to upgrade my account from a trial account.
What gives? I used to play (no longer have that account tho) and I don’t ever remember no being able to access anything on my lowbie toons when I wasn’t able to resub, I just couldn’t log into my toons higher than lvl 20. No restrictions, nothing…How long does it take before an account is considered NOT a trial account anymore?
Trial status is essentially a blanket categorization.
Without active game time, our accounts revert back to that status and limits certain features.
Adding game time back will remove them again.
