MW isn’t just solely a melee healer. It still has plenty of MoP uniqueness to it that those here are either too new to not know, forgotten or blatantly ignoring. That, MW is and should be just labeled as a Mobile Healer.

Holy Paladin is another, where the mastery and such people expect you to fight in melee as you heal

It hasn’t, actually. MW has always had melee attacks but did not always rely on using them to heal. Fistweaving used to be a niche playstyle people would run to break the meta.

I hear you brother. I mained a Paladin from the day WoW launched, Holy all the way, right up until it got melee shoved down its throat as well. That character has been a dust collector since.
