you can get things from conquest that are not an upgrade while other slots would be. not any better than pve in that regard
Still, you have a path to 430 by opening chests and doing lol easy invasions each week. Keep doing it each week. It’s easy gear.

I will be doing that, like this post above indicated, I even thanked Bashaa for it, since I did not know War Mode was now easy mode for conquest.
Naj chests give 75 conquest. They drop every hour or so and often times Alliance have the numbers advantage.
Also, do PvP islands. You get 50 conquest per win, and a scaling number for losses (based on how much azerite you collect… usually 25)
Well if you are trying to make one from come and go people like OP or on Moonguard I imagine you will have difficulties.
To be honest even if there were vendors, and said vendors were standing right next to the npc that was the only way to queue into random bgs (aka like classic right now), I throughly believe that people still wouldn’t/couldn’t be able to gear themselves at all for the bg.
I go in with almost 350k health on my ret and when I look at my team members having less than 200k health (realistically 250k), I just treat them as non-existent agents. Sadly that ends up being half of the team most of the time. What gets me even more frustrated is why people choose to make other people shoulder their baggage when they go in with less than 385 benthic (minimum health giving around 175k-ish). Those group of people are probably the ones that couldn’t find the vendors. The game literally showers gear from nazjatar, and they still can’t find it.

Even I understand how craptastic PvP gearing is for the PvPers right now and I don’t PvP.
Imagine telling PvE players to run rated battlegrounds to get better gear faster, because they couldn’t get it in PvE. And that if they don’t do it this way, they’re lazy.
No one ever said that. In fact, this was said:
People are saying that they want their vendors back to earn their PvP gear and not have to PvE for it. And someone was even nice enough to explain how conquest gear can be earned through Warmode, which then got a thank you from the OP, who was grateful someone gave them a way to earn their gear.
Not once did anyone say they wanted to be handed high ilevel gear. They just want to be able to run battlegrounds and earn their own PvP gear at a much more smooth rate than it is right now.

It actually is no different in PvE content. People are lazy.
Made a group to kill a 122 mob for a world quest the other day and I got a person with ilvl 202 gear applying. He literally would be worse than no one since with one tag he would jack up the mob health.

You mean, provided the person under discussion has a main to mail them benthic gear tokens.
If they don’t, and they need to unlock world quests to get their ilvl up to where they can comfortably do Nazjatar, they’re going to have low health.
Unless you got boosted, you’d end up at around ilvl 240+ when getting to lv 120.
I got all my chars from that to 385+ with no help from alts, since the starting naz gear is just that good. In a few minutes, you get a 370 weapon and 2 benthic pieces + enough pearls for 2-3 more.
There is no excuse for not going straight to Nazj other than ignorance.

Level 240 is horrible in Nazjatar. The zone is tuned for ilvls more like 370. You would take a lot of damage, and stuff dies so slow it respawns on you before you can get out of there.
A lot of people who leveled up in Korrak have ilvls that low even with the 400 weapon they get from the bg quest.
It’s good enough for the starter quests, really.

Good for you. You’re a masochist who imagines that they’re killing stuff as fast with an ilvl of 240 at 120 in Nazjatar as they do at 450.
I’ve saved lots of people with ilvls higher than that from impending doom when they were trying to kill stuff and not making progress, because the zone is tuned for ilvl 370.
M+ below a 7 is basically free, no reason to complain. It’s not like anyone is asking you to learn mechanics and how to play your class and do +10s and above.

You are seriously trying to tell us that someone with an ilvl of 250 is welcome in m+6 groups you run?
That was not the point of the thread.
Imagine asking for gear from 1200 CR arenas for getting gear to do LFR raids.

It’s what was being discussed at the bottom of the thread, that people who have ilvls of 250 should easily be able to gear up to 400 in a few minutes on their own.
