Lore is pretty much null at this point. I know it sucks. I think they’re just bouncing around til they have to give out the inevitable Void Lord expac where I’m hoping they’ll just reset the universe. That would probably be the only saving grace for WoW’s story and lore.
Also, technically anyone you bring out the maw is a maw walker in some sense. Baine, Darion Mograine, all the souls that are being saved. Really just think of yourself as just some average joe or w/e who gained access to the Shadowlands after the rift. The only thing I can agree with is not everyone is some world saving basically God hero player but you could form a legend about the first maw walker. Idk, infinite possibilities my friend.
Yes this is strange given that we don’t find out how. Along also not finding out how Calia joins the Horde.
Maybe plot wasn’t in their budget.

She didn’t join the Horde. She said she was just there consulting and trying to help the Forsaken like she helped the dead Night Elves. At this point she’s another Valeera who is neutral to both sides.
