I’ve gotten the twitch drops before without fail, but oddly when I claimed this one it didn’t show up in game. Yes my accounts are connected, and yes I’ve done this before. But why didn’t appear? It is a wow bug?

I’m assuming it’s a toy so you’ve checked that tab for a present to click?
If so, have you done the standard log out and back in and log off bnet and back on?
People didnt immediately receive their fel drake so it might just be slow to give it
Also have you checked in your collection tabs what filters you might have applied?
I closed it completely out and still nothing. I’ve had them pop up instantly while in game before. I was on a load screen when I claimed it. Maybe I bugged it out. I don’t know. I want blizzard to fix it.

Having the same issue, but blizz will refuse to fix it, and say it’s up to twitch to fix. I already have a twitch ticket in. Fel Drake - Firework popped instantly. People have got their weather machine instantly tonight. I’m working on my 2nd hour after having claimed it. They say it takes up to 24 hours but with the amount of broken things in this game lately I am rightfully skeptical.

Same man i got fel drake instantly so ik my account is connected i did i watched the 4 hrs and claimed the weather machine but not in my toys or bags so idk?

You people must be new to all this. Some drops can take a little while to show up. Give it a day.

Took multiple gms and tickets and weeks after to get my feldrake. Other drops were no problems, worried weather machines is the same
Just got a reply from twitch they say since the account is verified on my end and linked correctly to the proper account and the item is already claimed that it falls to blizzards to provide me a solution and provide the item in question. We’ll see how blizzards feels when they answer their ticket.

No toy here either. No issues with previous Twitch drops, but this one hasn’t shown up. I’ll wait a bit, but as said above, I’m skeptical due to the current buggy nature of the entire game.

I haven’t received mine either.
Same here. I’ve had no issues with any of the previous Twitch drops. The accounts are connected, the Goblin Weather Machine is claimed on Twitch but it hasn’t appeared in-game for 12 hours now.
im having same issues as well too
I’ll add my “Me too”. Shows as claimed in twitch, nothing in game…

I am also having the same issue. I’ve waited for 10 hours so far since claiming my “Goblin Weather Machine” from Twitch. I had no previous issues, if I recall correctly, when claiming Perpetual Purple Firework, Swift Windsteed Mount, and Cenarion Hatchling Pet, from Twitch. I think I will wait until after 24 hours pass before I submit at ticket to World of Warcraft. Let me know if someone finds a solution to this.

Don’t get caught saying that in customer service forums or the company men will jump on you and link you to the page that says blizz will not help you fulfill a drop and then tell you twitch lied to you.

Hehe, hopefully they are cool and know things are glitchy and weird this morning, and there was scheduled maintenance happening. We’ll see! There are lots of us having issues.
