I had issues as well only on this item, and btw, while I haven’t tried yet, I wouldn’t be so pessimistic about finding a resolution via ticket: there’s a specific twitch drop category, I doubt they’d put one if they didn’t want to help, and furthermore, I’ve seen the possession of feldrakes increase by over 1% in the last month, well after the twitch drop was over, this means people were able to get it solved via ticket I think, cause that’s way too long after the event.

Haven’t received mine either. I claimed it on my phone while at work and logged in just now at home and it isn’t here.

Another one for the I don’t know where the toy is. I have it claimed on twitch but nada in game.

Mine showed up as a “gift box” at the top of the toy list in the collections page. For all those who are worried it won’t come. Just make another twitch account and link it, redo the watching while it’s still available. That’s what I had to do to get the feldrake, after successfully claiming two other mount/toy twitch promos.

I figured it’d show up like the firework toy did but I’m just going to give it the initial 24 hours, then I’m going to do it this way. I thought it seemed weird when I collected it on the twitch page.

I didn’t receive mine. I got all the other drops instantly, but it has been 14hs and still didn’t get it.

I didn’t receive mine either-and as others have stated, I’ve gotten all the other drops almost immediately after claiming them.

Haven’t received mine and its been claimed 20 hours ago. All we can do is wait I am assuming. If I receive it I will post here.

I claimed mine yesterday and I still haven’t received it either. On top of that my Trading post thing is bugged and not giving credit either :frowning:

I’ve got the same issue as other folks have been chatting about here. All of my other drops came through either immediately or between 12hr - 18hr. It’s now been 24hr since I clicked on “claim”, and I still haven’t gotten the weather machine. What’s the word Blizzard?
