That’s the only part that would make me want this. I lost so many characters that way. But, given it’s age and it’s kinda a novelty thing, I wouldn’t buy it unless it was a black friday sale or something.
Its to fund their legal woes after the D2 creator sues them.

I completely agree it’s too expensive considering this just a skin on top of the original Diablo 2. the only reason why I was interested in the game is because of the update for online multiplayer witch is needed. people are so ready to make excuses for Blizzard considering the he loyalty and love that they have for the older games. they no longer create any new titles or have the creativity they once had. people should move on and see what they are now.
anyone who’s stupid enough to pre-purchase this game after the debacle of Warcraft 3 reforged is insane and should be ignored and put in the stupid corner.

They have made a few changes to the game like auto gold pickup, bigger stash, and a shared stash. Plus you’ll be hooked into the Bnet app while playing so you can talk to others in other games while playing(I hope). They aren’t major changes, but do make it a better game besides the graphics update.
At that price, Blizz just want money to buy alcohol and cube crawl.
I would have bought it at $20.
