Why is blizzard making solo queue so difficult it's literally the easiest thing on earth to do

I’m not sure why it’s so difficult to implement solo queue but solo shuffle is not what anyone had in mind.

Blizzard please use your brains for once

All you need to do is simply allow people to queue up for 2v2, 3v3, and rated battlegrounds as a solo player. That’s it!

There doesn’t need to be all of these rules or guidelines or testing in a brawl. Literally code in a button that lets people use their mouse to click “Join battle” beside 2v2, 3v3 and rbg’s. That’s all. Easy.

Stop making it so complicated. Players want solo queue. Not solo queue+ like what is being proposed. Game ends after one person dies? You’ve never heard of a 1v2 which is easily winnable? 2v3 at late game when everyone’s low?

Solo rbg’s are literally just a bg queue with a rating. And for God’s sakes if anyone mentions “bUt iF iTs rAnDOm TEaMs wHaT iF YoU doNt HAVe A tANk” I’m going to audibly scream.

I’d rather be playing rated content IN GAME then sitting in oribos jumping around on my mount waiting for an “optimal rbg comp”. It doesn’t matter at all what the comp is. It’s solo queue.

Same with arenas. Who gives a damn if its 3 dps at least you’re playing and not sitting in oribos in LFG for 2 hours.

But if it’s random teams what if you don’t have a tank?

Hi Sir,

Why is it hard to search for a 2v2, 3v3 or 10v10 team in group find? It is really easy to join one of those teams.

Don’t tell me that you find it difficult because you don’t have a pvp rating.

They don’t really want to do this. They really don’t want to do this. They want people to have to join groups. They want people to have to wait for hours to play for a few minutes because timeplayed metric.

But the real reason they don’t want solo queue as they see this game as one where only group content started by individual players and filled by them should count. They would eliminate the group finder entirely and make everybody group by spamming in trade chat if they thought they could get away with it. Or even restricting all access to group content to guild groups.

Content in general has been made harder to pug. I think the intent was to “encourage” people to stop pugging and join guilds. The first part seems to have happened. The second not so much. Only a few guilds my many characters belonged to at the start of the expansion are still a thing.
