Why is Blizz driving away current customers?

Blizzard intentionally is allowing the ques, eventually they will bump up the servers to fit the rest of the players. The que times show investors that they have a hot product and it also creates free publicity as people are spamming they can’t get in and posting on non wow forums and FB even. There is a reason that Blizzard has -5 NPS as a company (A company metric that shows that they are literally despised by there entire customer base) They don’t care about the customer, it’s all about the money.

At the end of the day the problem is artificial. You have options, you just don’t like what they are.

You need to decide if playing with friends after sitting in queue for hours beats playing immediately without some of them.

LMAO Yep good analogy. I used to work at the local Taco Bell where I live, and any time after 10pm at night the drive thru is packed bumper to bumper because it’s one of the few places that stay open late. Lucky for me I only ever worked the day shift haha

ALL the servers are high to full for players with a life. right now being on vacation i canplay on pvp serers during day-time… when people are at work without queues. but come 4pm this will nd and all the servers will have queues.

Layering will be sorted and removed as the player base declines, and if the queues are bothering you that much, there’s other servers to play on (Grub is pretty active and I think the worst queue i ever had was like two hours)

Please stop with this crap. We want actual RPers who want to PVP on Grob, not simply non RPers who want a lower queue. Yet more collateral damage caused by the comically bad queues of PVP servers.

The blame lies squarely on blizzard. Repeatedly urging players to hop from server to server to server is not a “fix”.
They dropped the ball in a huge way and are continuing to do so. I cannot comprehend why players like you choose to run interference for blizzard like this.

I don’t understand this argument and I don’t think you do either. You realize if blizzard adds more servers it will screw us later? Low pop servers are not fun to be on. But even if they did add more servers the majority of you people stuck in long ques won’t leave your damn server anyways. If that was the case you would of left already. I’m 30 now and have experienced no ques except for on opening day. The few servers that are experiencing ques are experiencing ques because people refuse to leave. Games been out for a week and your lvl 14. …at what point do you cut your losses and move on? I don’t have a ton of time to play and I’m 30. Most people are probably in their 40s by now or close to it on my server. At least the ones that are trying. What makes your server so dang special you can’t just move on?

Your problem doesn’t exist. If you want to play, you can. The game is absolutely playable.

Blizzard has no obligation to make sure you play on the same server as your guild or friends.

You made your bed on a full server, now lay in it.

Actually many like myself made our characters on a low pop server shown day one of the server releases chosen for our guild. We get on to then find out wow can not even play. We ended up getting scattered all over instead of playing with friends from 15 years ago, since we came back to wow after years of not playing. Yes we have a right to be angry. Yes Blizzard messed up by not capping the servers so this would not happen. Yes we are now deciding to leave and not come back. Millions of players came back, and are now leaving because of bad decisions.
Hint people its not just current retail players playing classic.

Perhaps I wanted to play with people I wanted to play with? Perhaps I want to enjoy playing with the guild that was formed and still operates on that server? Maybe I wanted to be a part of a community which I helped to build?

But none of that seems to matter to you. You have played retail too long if you cannot see this.
