Not gonna lie same, I didn’t dislike the expansion but it was just some weird twilight zone I wish didn’t happen.
Now they have a problem with people who liked that expansion and don’t want a return to the empire / republic factions and people who miss like the original vibe. Big sigh from me.
The artwork in the building looks like it’s a painted set, with no details, the NPC’s just stand there, your own character just stands in one place too. That game, like most other MMORPG’s don’t have the polish that this game has, and this is a fact. Now, if you like the story, then great, since the story is good, but the art is sub par.

You’ll be back in a week, two tops. SWTOR is a very fun game when you’re leveling up but it quickly loses your interest after that I would know I’ve been playing on/off since early access.

Theres 12 K in Steam online right now and is averaging almost 16k per day in steam charts. Thats not counting all of the swtor players that play in the actual game client. So i highly doubt your statement is correct
lol, you are not leaving World of Warcraft and you definitely don’t play SWTOR.
I use to play SWToR a ton but over the years it has lost much of it’s shine. Now I just renew my sub when new content comes out, farm it out on my Jedi Shadow and Sith Inquisitor. Once I am bored again I unsub and continue playing WoW full time.
Hi, I’m was a long time SWTOR subscriber for the past five to six years, but I quit recently. Handing out gear like candy killed PvE in that game, and thus it has been impossible to find a group for anything. I shared your opinion once, but not anymore. Hopefully my seat is still warm for you.
Also, the new gearing system in SWTOR is so bad, even Corruption is a breath of fresh air by comparison. I realized that when someone else mentioned it, and it’s so true.
Is that good numbers?
I notice there are currently over 23k on steam playing Skyrim, which is like twice that number, and thats a 9 year old non-MMO. Hell, there are 31k playing my old favorite Civ 6. There are 26k playing ESO through Steam, and that doesn’t include people playing on the client. 12k doesn’t seem to be that large a number.

Considering its not the main client yea. When you add players to the main client its huge. Mmo population says they have over 200k. Hard to tell but considering it just came to steam and it has almost 16k daily players on top of their base client where the majority play is huge
Hmm, I literally just uninstalled swtor, every time I start the launcher and watch it do a multi gigabyte patch I cancel half way after imagining myself running around in their paywall world on rails, heh.
speaking of, you know theyve made a billion profit from their cashshop over the years? its prolly not much compared to wow but sheesh.

Anything should be better than my current WoW end game… Wanna know what my end game in WoW is for pretty much every expansion since WoD?.. Maybe run a few heroics for “fun” since the rewards certainly aren’t worth a damn… Random BGs, and grinding gold to pay for my sub so I can grind more gold to pay for my sub… such fun end game. Anything SWTOR offers should be better than that. I plan on mostly PvPing after getting geared. Someone said I won’t have BiS from having non set items but at least I won’t be in effectively greens against 475 players plus all those that have farmed echoes for stacked corruptions on top of that.
I could do M+ or try Mythic raiding but then I’m no longer doing casual content and changes my whole playstyle.

SWTOR has improved a lot from where it once was. Another solid MMORPG that has built up its rep over time.
