Why I quit World of Warcraft

We should be able to vote with our wallet at this day in age. But factors like addiction, needs (not talking about WoW here), company mergers and time already invested make it harder than it ever used to be. Now a days if you cut out one company you kill your ability to get several things you like.

Companys have taken a style a kin to a Narc parent with golden children. They keep them weak and dependent and gaslight the ever living life out of them.

I hope not. We need more freedom not more other non freedom loving foreign laws.

I think in order to get the freedom you want we have to break up a lot of these large companies and never let them get that large again. As soon as a company can out maneuver public control it’s got too big.

It’s be nice just to have Blizzard back, focusing on WoW with a side project here and there.

Yup our founding fathers warned us about big companies. They dont teach that in school these days.

Im all for busting them all up

Thank you for sharing.

i mean when i say it to people i mean it. ill make a toon on that server for gold. hell i can use it for tokens depending on the amount or blow it on the bmah. few times i have got gold from people leaving but its usually a small amount just a few thousand

  1. Borrowed power systems are not gearing systems.
  2. The new system is fantastic and works for every gameplay style.

I enjoy my Evoker and see them around all the time. :woman_shrugging:t4:

:face_with_raised_eyebrow: Who cares about the layout? LOL It’s your bonus roll for the week.

Well, you’re not wrong there.

I hope you find other games to enjoy. :two_hearts:

Dear lord. Child predators now because they make game to good to put down but also game is trash. If you played forever then you should love the vault considering it’s just extra loot reward for what you have already done…also it’s not just random. It has loot tables set on what dungeons or raids you have done. And yes randomly selects form those tables sure but implying it’s all just randomly selected is trash. You post is trash but you are mad at blizzard for not forum modding more? This forum would be gone then. Like my guy, try harder. Also seek therapy clearly you need it

Well, you just proved the OP’s point about the forums with that post…

Every single video game that isint indi is a profit driven scheme to try and get the most money it can out of you

Warcraft even in its most early conception was about it MMO’s in general are about it

As far as recycled content there is only so much you can do with a system as old as WOw’s is

De-escalate, try not to respond to too far with too far.

Blizzards looting system is broken due to the heavy importance placed upon it for damage and it’s constant repeats with little ability to target needed items. So long as it has that it’s always going to feel horrible.

Blizzard took re-coloed venthir towers and plopped them across a re-hash of Nagrand, Jade Forrest and grizzly hills with side of deepholm. It’s nice but once the woosh dragon go fast has passed thru your system you begin to notice it.

I doubt Blizz minds if the money came from you or your hubby.

True, but they got 40% less money for it and that makes me feel slightly better.

Most likely borrowed power systems

You didnt pay money for slots in the GV. Try again.

So dont use them. Most players dont and it hasnt affefted them any

That they have…

I mean that’s the point. They’ve found a system that requires minimal effort. It’s been successful for years.

Eventually the older players just reach a saturation point. That’s how I feel about Call of Duty.

Same exact game with better graphics with the same toxic players maximizing the quickest and most cheesy way to gain prestige. I grew so angry at these people online I started quitting in game.

I started injuring myself and got huge negative scores. I quiet quit the matches. I put no effort in the game anymore; I could not escape the “thrust into constant combat” aspect.

I wanted a game that I could play and sometimes not actually do anything productive. Just sit and watch. WoW is that. It has experiences that cannot be found in a raid, a BG, or a quest.

It can be sitting under a Bastion tree staring at the water and all the frogs, birds, and fauna passing by.

Not all companies are out for short term profits at the expense of long-term development. Not every investor fancies himself a day trader. A lot of them would prefer to invest in companies that are building for a profitable future.
