I’m always amused that anyone actually believes the tin foil hat idea that Blizzard has a bias against one faction of the playerbase.

It seems to be a creative difference. The horde in its nature is easier to create unique story lines since they are not the “typical European medieval fantasy” like the alliance. I think the alliance by far has better cities, zones and aesthetics, but lacking in creative story output. The horde is the opposite.

Too bad it wasn’t real, the alliance players who are convinced Ion hates them would have a blast with it.
I for one prefer the Horde aesthetics to Alliance as well though, that’s just my personal preference. But it is why I continue to support High Elves in the Alliance, for I think to continue to maintain that thing that makes Alliance great Blizzard needs to tap into what the Alliance IS … and not what it isn’t right now.
Plus High Elves personality wise are just so vastly different from Blood Elves, I will forever be in support of playing one, though I will always be tilted to favoring my Blood Elves and Void Elves heh

Really? I never thought so, haven’t noticed anything from the non playable high elves to have any ‘personality’ displayed at all. Although there is their ruthlessness and injustice that they committed in Dalaran.
