Despite having a reoccuring 6 month sub?

If you haven’t been getting the 6 month mounts despite paying for 6 months of sub time while the deal is active, submit a ticket and they’ll fix it for you.

Unfortunately they decided that they’d rather do more 12 month sub stuff so we haven’t been getting as much 6 month stuff lately. Still get thrown a bone sometimes.

The deal is not for monthly subs.

Is it actually set up to automatically bill when your time is up? A lot of people set up the 6mth sub then cancel it so it won’t automatically rebill.

Sometimes doing things such as updating a payment method or the like could cancel the sun unfortunately and you’d have to buy it again.

On your Manage Subscriptions page, make sure the account says "Next Billing Date. If it says anything else it’s not set up as a reoccurring sub.

Also just to double check, you’re looking for the mounts in Retail right? You’re posting on a Classic character and that gets usually pets instead. I think there is a Drake mount currently up for a 12mth?

You can edit your post and move it to the CS forum and a Blue there can take a look too.

I don’t know which promotions are running right now, but as long as you didn’t cancel your subscription after activating it, you should automatically get the goodies from these sorts of promos.

As far as I can see, Gwitch, the flagging that provides the Timbered Sky Snake for Modern WoW and Timbered Sky Snakelet for Cataclysm Classic happened for your account on January 15th 2025. You should have them.

Did you check your gift tab? I show them unclaimed for you.

I’m sorry, Rabititus but monthly subscriptions don’t qualify for this promotion. They are specifically for 6 and 12 month active recurring subscriptions.

This isn’t exactly a loyalty program. The Trading Post would be more akin to that, providing rewards as long as you have an active account.

I’ll have to double check. I looked for the gift thing but didn’t see it. Could also be an add on messing it up.

Make sure you check the Desktop App, the gift should show up there.

Hmm I didn’t know you needed to check the uh app. But it only had the most recent ones. I’ve had a 6 months reoccuring sub since 2023 so I should have more then that no?

I believe the gifts do eventually expire if left unclaimed for too long.

I had no idea they could only be claimed from the app. I thought they’d show up in game like other things have. Is there any way to reclaim lost promotional items?

Sadly, no. Sooner or later, most eventually end up in the shop, though.
