If you think the horde doesn’t advance don’t look at night elves, 10000 years old and still think treeforts plus bows and arrows are the greatest things ever. Sylvanas sure showed them.

The real reason? Because we are “dudes (or dudettes), imitating a dude (or dudette), playing another dude (or dudette)”. It’s just that easy to understand. We are proto Big Lebowski’s.

Horde runs around with late Garrosh/Iron Horde tech now. They have literal battleships and aircraft carriers.
if the horde was treated as good as the alliance we would have forum riots
legally, the alliance has to be catered to.

Incompetent leaders and allies.
The alliance is a well formed band of races all with diverse views on the world meanwhile the horde is just savage races, evil zombies everyone playing a “le rejected misfit” role. The only race with potentisl beimg the bloodelves but even them became just a tool of garrosh and have a leader with no spine. Jaina should have culled them all
Tbh, the narrative has a lot of Alliance bias since Shadowlands.
Alliance aint innocent either in the story, and yet lore excuse or neglect their evil acts because they paint all their leaders as Heroes even if they are Warmongers.
As much as I like Alliance, it has been about time for them to have leadership do bad things and see how it goes.
As for the Horde, the peacefulness they shoved in the Horde at the moment will provoke an even worse and dull stagnation. Until Blizzard gives the spotlight to races they neglect, we wont ever see upcoming changes in factions at all.
