Do you like waiting in queues to play on a server that will be low pop in a month?
Do you enjoy leveling from 1-70 again, but this time while having to wait for mob respawns and fighting people for drops?
Do you like bots? Because bot are there gonna be bots…
Pretty sure those people he’s referring too have barely played Classic if at all.
And I like how people keep saying fresh servers are going to be dead. I mean they might be but it’s no more a risk then playing on any already established server as evidence by the 15+ servers being deleted in several weeks.
Pot calling the kettle black for sure. These TBC server andies are just scared FRESH will run their servers by existing. Also they are jealous their economies are crap.
Why would I want to do all the dungeons again? Why would I want to do old content again? Why would I want to level again? Why would I want to set up all of my profession mules and stuff again?
I’m already on the level playing field, there’s no reason for me to delete all my progress to do it all again.
Fresh servers need to be done like SoM and not part of the normal server pool as it creates a server lagging behind in economy and level spreads. It will be a concentrated pocket of comparablly undergeared players without resources, fresh server toons will get snowplowed in the bgs.
I would love to play fresh, i have FOMO not experiencing it. But i have to be real with myself.
Im behind in gold and progression on live servers. I dont have the time or knowledge to be competitive on fresh. Gold, professions, levels, gearing, ill be behind just like i am now.
It will feel great for the first month. But after a month, all of the WoW tourists who come and go will he gone, people will freak out, mass exodus to a mega server like they have all of tbc.
Reroll on benediction again months later after fresh. Be even MORE behind in gear, gold, and professions.
I hope it works out, i miss the community of a small server. I honestly despise thebenediction community. Ill be playing it alot in pre patch, but probably nothing more.
Once you are leveled…the low level game doesn’t mean anything to you. If you have a guild or friends, leveling a new toon is a group thing. So…the rest of the server doesn’t really matter.
That would be if you stop playing at endgame. A lot of people who want fresh want a fresh economy. Sadly, it’s a pipe dream, as bots will destroy that fresh market.
