Been using Paypal without issue for years on the Blizz store. Now suddenly…nope! No more. I have checked everything on my end and there is no issue with my Paypal account. So I have no idea what is causing this issue.

I’m not seeing anything that says that you can no longer use Paypal. Are you getting an error?

I just keep getting this over and over. It’s been happening for days now so I do not think it is a temporary issue:
We encountered an issue completing your transaction. Please try again later.
And yes, my paypal account is verified. Has been for many years. I can even look up the extensive billing history Blizz has within my paypal account. So I can prove that it used to work.
Have you tried with a new browser or after clearing out your browser’s cookies and cache?
Sometimes using an Incognito browser can do the trick.

I was trying it using both the game itself as well as the battle.net app. I haven’t even tried a browser.
just got the blizzcon pack and used paypal no issues, used firefox and the web store.
And I just used paypal to pay for my annual anti-malware subscription.
I’d try wiping out and re-entering your payment info - even if it’s exactly the same.
If it’s been listed for some time, it may just need to be refreshed.

A few times I’ve had to remove current payment method completely and enter everything again. Not sure if that would help.

Some paypal accounts are backed up with an actual credit card. That may need updating as well, if you have one of those. It’s not always obvious when the card expires and that can trigger errors like that.
