Are you rolling greed? Greed rolls automatically lose to need rolls.
Are you rolling on offspec loot? Need rolls for offspec automatically lose to need rolls for main spec.
Check your loot spec and make sure it’s set to the spec you actually want.

Roll need if you can roll greed otherwise and hope for the best. Don’t believe the doom and gloomers about personal vs. group loot. The current iteration of group loot is the same as personal loot only you get to see the rolls

Unless you have your loot specs messed up its not possible to lose on a 100 when you pick need.
Make sure your loot spec is set to the one you want gear for and slap that need button.

Group loot is better than personal loot.
Personal loot wouldn’t have changed anything

If two people roll 100 then there is a second internal roll (like how PL used to roll) when the item is decided.

The truth I see is I am keep losing and another lost 1 min ago, and I feel sucks…

That seems kind of like spreading yourself thin, especially with something like LFR. I’d recommend focusing on a single character or at least reducing it down to 2-3.

Because Blizzard thinks its a good idea to change Personal Loot and forgot to make bosses drop more to help circumvent the problem that people will NEED a item no matter what.
Need over greed and main specs over off. Tied rolls will roll again.
If you tie with someone else it goes to the person who rolled first among the people who tied.
Yeah do the weekly dungeons quest , hop around world quests then upgrade them with fintstones.
The vault is the only way to get gear for lfr players unfortunately
