Why don’t do you PvP?

Ehh I wouldn’t. I think we know Normal - Mythic 0 dungeons fall off when raids start rolling out. Thing is toxicity exists in all places.

There, corrected that for you.

Pvp vendors. I hate the way you get gear from pvp. All these alts I’ve been leveling lately would be grinding out BG’s if I could earn a currency to go and buy the specific gear that I needed to up my ilvl. I used to spend tons of time in bgs just to get a full set so I could survive getting ganked on pvp servers.

As it is now, I just don’t have an incentive to jump in there very often. But if I could grind out X number of honor to go and replace a ring or trinket, I’d be doing it.

I kept getting lost trying to find the PvP vendor so I gave up and quit.

I always liked how they made that excuse but put PVP headquarters in obscure locations in the cities anyway, marked with a faction symbol just like the vendor locations were in MoP

I enjoy lowbie PvP in WSG and AB, that’s about it. It was especially fun back when Mounts were not a thing in the lowest tier.

The only battleground that I enjoyed at the higher levels was SotA but that is not around anymore.

I have tried 2v2 and 3v3 arena matches in a few expansions. It wasn’t for me. Didn’t find it even slightly entertaining. But, I am glad that some people enjoy it.

Currently the only content that is less appealing than PvP to me is pet battles.

I like Random BG and warmode PvP, but mostly because it’s just PvP I can do on my own terms. For the most part I’m just interested in capping my conquest ASAP each week. Not very coordinated for arena and I don’t know anyone doing RBGs, so Conflict and Strife will always be out of reach for me. I am proudly sporting a Rank 4 Blood of the Enemy though.

I agree, nerf DH

because people have different interests. I love pvp, but I know some people really aren’t competitive and don’t like facing fellow humans

I like my game time to be productive for ME…not some bored kid with nothing better to do than harass other players.

I do just not in MMOs. I prefer a slight level playing field and the MMO genre has, as a rule, failed to provide that.

I just don’t find it very fun in MMOs. Also, the pvp player base on here always seems miserable about pvping. It just doesn’t seem like the way I’d want to spend my time.

Because it takes too much time to stay up to date on Conquest for someone with very limited play time. It’s a pity, because I enjoy world PVP and I think world PVP is in pretty good shape right now.

Because they took away PvP stats and a couple other things i was fond of and replaced it with a Honor leveling system.

I’ve never enjoyed Arena PvP; so Battleground PvP was something i was really slowly beginning to enjoy, starting in WoTLK with wintergrasp.

My interest in Battleground PvP really peaked when Cataclysm added in the PvP stat gear; as i slowly built my PvP set up i was feeling like my chances of being able to contribute more to the group was getting better and better.

I’m not the type of PvPer who thrives on the killing itself, but instead i enjoy just being able to contribute towards a common goal; like taking a Castle in a great city siege; or defending a city against invaders trying to take land away from the people.

But when the objective is relegated to a UI screen, (the honor leveling system) the objective begins to feel soulless and with less meaning to me.

Because I suck at pvp. Always have. The unpredictability of it throws me off, I have trouble maneuvering around people who pop stun after stun after stun, and I’d rather do Mythic+ personally

I might, might put up with it enough to get that great. I did it another game to get the 2nd best sword, as the best sword was on the boss we were wiping on. It stunk and probably made me hate MMO PvP more than I did previously.

I don’t think wow combat is fitting for a fun pvp experience. I also disliked having to sit afk behind a pillar.

I also hate that being a healer means I’m constantly targeted for silences and cc since there really is no other way to deal with healing. That or waiting for the first healer to go oom… That is not fun and physically painful.

If pvp was more like the combat in League of Legends, then I’d probably enjoy it more and actually q up.

Never really liked PvP in this game. I know it’s different in this patch, be previously in 2’s you just waited for dampening in 80% of matches and I would just be bored out of my mind after about 2 min. Would much rather play a Battle Royal, or League of Legends if I want to PvP.

Even now when I cap for the weekly box at the beginning of each patch I just spam double dps so we either win or lose the match in 1 min or less. Only way I can stomach it.

I made the decision today to stop PvP-ing.

I have limited time to play. I don’t run competitive arena, just random BGs. My daily goal is to win at least 1 non-epic BG, 1 epic BG and 1 brawl (when up). All I want to do is cap the basic conquest.

I recently started tracking the number of BGs I win-lose. Right now, I win 20% of the epics and 34% of the non-epics, with an average overall win rate of 30%. At that win rate it takes too much time to cap my daily conquest. Some days I don’t get any conquest. I feel I’m helping the horde cap their conquest while I’m wasting my time.

I’ve have essentially blown off leveling my cloak. I decided I’m going to focus more on that and hopefully get into mythics.
