I think the concept is fine. I like to see changes though.

  1. if gang up on by other side. Each extra person adds a percentage to damage/healing/health
  2. looting body gives some kind of good reward or even 15 gold at least.
  3. reputation boost for on of the bg. you can choose.
  4. I personally don’t like the experience boost as low it is a present. Even at 30% if still doe not help with time involved.
  5. give actual points for fighting on both side. these points can be used to by mogs, pets, or what ever.
  6. make it exciting dang. Bring back that npc show up once and while and rumble stomp everyone. saying not stop all this none sense. Why it was remove in wod no clue. love when that rogue just showed up and just stomp everyone.

If it only benefited Alliance there’d be a lot of Horde on here crying about it. If you cared at all about the health of the game, you’d want all aspects to be fair for both sides, and if Alliance don’t feel it’s worth it then it benefits only one side. To argue otherwise is disingenuous

IS that you can do it too! You guys just don’t want to. The problem IS you guys, the Alliance. It only “benefits” US because YOU guys don’t want to do it.

The rewards simply aren’t worth the headache. Once you have your neck a high enough level and your rep’s are good the feature is useless. It’s amazing how many people are enticed by minuscule rewards while enduring features they don’t even like.

I’d like to think if it only benefited the Alliance, we’d suck it up and TAKE our fair share. Remember, when BFA dropped, we all started at the same place. Alliance outnumbered horde on RP realms and Horde outnumbered Alliance on normal realms. RP realm horde didn’t give up - that’s why the RP realms are more balanced faction-wise in warmode.

I WM on all the time. My neck is fine, my reps are all maxed, I’m not in it for the bonus, I’m in it because I’ve always played on PvP servers and I like that element of danger.

And that’s why it should be removed and never have been implemented to begin with. The people who want PvP servers (Horde) would have rolled WM anyway. Those who don’t (Alliance) would be free to leave it off and no one is adversely affected. As it is now, Horde is gaining 10% more of everything.

That 30% fix coming in 8.1 won’t change anything. Bribing people to turn on WM was a bad idea but Blizzard knew no one would turn it on without it as most PvP servers were dead

What benefits does Alliance have to make War mode?

I do not see any and if there are none, there will not be many people doing it, if the benefits are not interesting! And no benefit offered is encouraging the Alliance in the way you want it to be!

There’s a weekly quest where you hunt down 10 enemies in a specific area. It gives you good gear and conquest points for pvp granted gear.

You guys would know this if you did it.

What benefits, other than the same 10% and use of pvp talents in the world that the Horde gets? Getting a bigger bonus as the underrepresented faction and the use of pvp talents in the world aren’t enough?

Well, when they figure out a way to make courage lootable, they’ll be able to give y’all what you want. In the meanwhile, I don’t know what to tell you.

Offering bigger rewards to take part in a broken system doesn’t lure people into that system. Fixing the system does.

How do you propose they fix the system? Not allow people to roll Horde if the Alliance is outnumbered on the realm or vice versa?
