Sorry, just bored and decided to work on completing the Shaman order campaign on an alt.
Do elementals breastfeed? I get that she’s a female character, but this is as silly as seeing drawings of Adam and Eve with belly buttons.

To be honest, you could ask why any woman has them. Aside from controlling men, and keeping bra manufacturers in business, they only serve a purpose for a short period of time after childbirth, and then become redundant.
Thinking about it, I suppose the same reason Ragnaros has pecs.

Better Question: Why does EVERYTHING in the WoW universe have gender, and almost all the time suffer from extreme gender dimorphism.
Why is there a pantheon of 6 titans, and only one of them is a titan chick. She’s dating Aman-Thul according to sources that are probably not cannon anymore because no reasons. There are no other titan females aside from Azeroth and that’s just an egg at the moment… So the other 4 titans are almost certainly virgins (and that’s a much better story on why Sargeras is so dang emo and angsty). But beyond that, if your species is spontaneously formed inside some planets because also no reasons, then why would you need gender or procreational abilities at all much less the ability to feed newborns and babies through breasts.

Because elementals are mammals!!!
I always assumed she was inspired by stone fertility idols and was modeled in a sort of Venus of Willendorf idol style. 
But also she’s the Earthmother so it makes sense that she’s got huge… tracts of land.
