If the token exist there, shouldn’t bots not?
The question is…
Are they having a major impact on retail even with the token?
My answer would be no.
This is from the newest expansion. I know bots were really bad in previous ones even with the token.
Neat, now compare this to Classic where BGs are 90% bots.

Who has said that tokens stop bots entirely? Is this just a strawman that you’ve made up?

So why are we getting tokens?
To inflate the economy?
As someone who actually plays WoTLK and does some BG’s, I can assure you that 90% is a WEEEE bit of hyperbole. From my own experience in the last 10 or so BG’s I’ve done, it’s probably more like 5% right now.

So why are we getting tokens?
Because people asked for them and they are a good idea. It’s really not much more complicated than that.

To inflate the economy?
I don’t think you understand how the token works. If anything, the token DEFLATES the economy.
Horribly wrong. I’ll bookmark your comment to see where the economy is during next phase.
Now it’s almost expected that any raider has well over 20k gold, it’s just one token isn’t it?
Consumables will go up, BoEs and Orbs will skyrocket in comparison to other tiers, as well as GDKP is the accepted method of pug raids for the most part with this RMT culture embraced.
Inflation is what happens when everyone has way too much currency. Tokens will make that happen.
How much is a flask when everyone has tens of thousands of gold?

To inflate the economy?
Tokens dont generate gold silly goose lol.
Its traded gold from someone else for a $5 fee. At least learn about the topic before you spew complete garbage.
Tokens ill deflate the economy if it replaces illegitimate gold farms. Which, for some they might swap.
others will keep buying illegal gold because the risk is worth a 40% discount in their eyes.
Why would I go to a dispensary if I can buy weed illegally? The answer is it’ll cost less. It’s also an option for people that don’t want to support blizz more than they have to. Just the way she goes.
I’ve never seen a single bot in DF yet. Bots will always be around, the token just slims down the number of them noticeably.

Horribly wrong.
Not wrong. This is basic economics.

Now it’s almost expected that any raider has well over 20k gold, it’s just one token isn’t it?
Not how that works. It is not expected any raider has 250k on retail, which is how much their token goes for. You’re just fear mongering.

Consumables will go up
Consumables will go DOWN, not up, because more and more people will be farming and selling so that they can now pay for their subs with gold.

Tokens do not create gold, it moves it around. Again, you should read the support article. and consider reading into the basics of economics and what inflation is.

I don’t know what will happen but I’m going to quote this and see where it goes.
Flasks are currently 10-11 gold.
Speed Potions are a little over 4 gold.
In a week or two I’ll quote this and see where we’ve gone.

Its traded gold from someone else for a $5 fee.
Almost, but not quite.
ALL tokens are sold within 12 hours, whether-or-not another player buys them.
If they don’t sell to another player, Blizz creates the gold to buy them.

Perfect, don’t forget to set a reminder my fan.
I’m not your fan. I think you’re a troll and I’ve replied to very few of your many thousands of useless posts.

I had to click to see who you were talking to if you get my drift.

I think you’re a troll and I’ve replied to very few of your many thousands of useless posts.
Having basic knowledge of economics is far from trolling, even if you do not like what said knowledge reveals.
