I click the Support tab at the top and the support page turns into Spanish? I’ve never had any Spanish preference so what is going on?
I have no idea but it started happening to me too as of either last night or this morning. Firefox browser with latest updates.
For now, just change the es to en and it should put you in the proper place.
I’m using firefox also. I wonder why it would do that. But I haven’t experienced this anywhere else so far other than at blizzard site.
I have heard of it happening here before as well. Something to do with the region auto detection being a bit off maybe? It would not apply to another website as that website would have its own cookies and navigation system.
Scroll down by the Blizzard insignia. Make sure you set for English US

I haven’t yet experienced it. Strange. I’d agree with Banewulf, make sure you are on the right region (the update may have caused it to change). I’d say if the issue persists, please post in the Website Bug Report forum so our team can take a look.
I am definitely set to the proper region and I know how to change it. It is fine on the main forums. The issue is when I click the Support link, or even the Shop link. It put me from the US EN to ES.
My browser once did that too for the Blizzard account settings site as a default setting, and I never set it to anything other than English!
In order to fix it, I had to clear out the background AppData for that browser (Chrome), and it turned it back to English. Wiped a lot of my stuff, but it worked where deleting cache and cookies didn’t. I’d still suggest the latter first, though.
Did you recently follow a link that lead to ES? I had that happen once in the old forums.
Nope. I have not been there in some time. I only do it when I need to link support articles in that language. Nothing recent.
It was just odd. I can easily fix it and get where I want, so I don’t stress about it, but someone not as familiar with forcing the web page to change might find it odd.
The last time it happened to me left-clicking Support gave English, right-clicking Support and choosing new tab or new window gave Spanish.
Mine seems fine now…and I did not do anything. Well then.
Bizzare. hasn’t happened on these for me. And just once in the old. And I’m pretty sure i followed a link to the ES forums.
Perhaps something is making an assumption, based on a hop the connection is taking?
