She is crazy. She allowed more void influence inside of her body. She may think she’s in control but it’s probably a farce. That’s why void elves as a race is so stupid. Just let the worst thing inhabit your body and expect things to end up okay. There’s only one way that ends so why play out a terrible story like that? At least high elves are normal and moldable. High Elves can be anything. Void Elves are just gonna be slaves to the void eventually.

We’re everlastingly annoyed, however, by displays of Alliance entitlement to High Elves - a faction that was part of the Alliance of Lordaeron for less than the span of the Second War, both entering and leaving the Alliance in Warcraft II.
Void Elves are fine. Blond haired, blue eyed, tentacle-free Void Elves complaining about perceived unfairness on the Forums are, however, sus.

High Elves have still remained with the alliance, just a smaller splinter group. And not just the silver covenant, but just regular high elven troops can be seen within the 7th legion who are completely, unapologetically alliance. With that in mind, since some high elves never left the alliance, technically the alliance has had high elves far longer than horde. 2nd war to now. You had them at tbc. We beat you out.

The fact that Void Elves sided with alliance after Jaina had committed genocide against their own kind is an undeniable proof that these are not even elves anymore, they’re just voids that took the form of elves.
Void elves are pure evil and must be purged from existance.

well, Thalassians committed genocide against Thalassians. The Silver Covenant High Elves assisted Jaina in wiping out Dalaran of the Sunreavers. So clearly Elves don’t care if you kill elves. They kill each other. As far as I know, the elves that join the void elves were never sunreavers. But who could say.

I wonder what would be the forums opinions if instead joining the alliance, Kul’tirans joined the horde instead. I bet they would say “they betrayed their own kind siding with those alliens to kill their own kind”.
But apparently with the rebels terrorists leaded by Veressa (who seems to be having second thoughts on her decision) and then got touched by the void and became tentacles that assume the form of Elves killing Blood elves seems to be fine.
I just love when I see the whataboutism of the alliance in respect of the Genocide Jaina committed in Dalaran.
They pick up on pitchforks and torches against Sylvanas, but their own heroine did the same and they come back with lame excuses like it didn’t even happen lmao.

Well, there’s a reason the Silver Covenant hates the sunreavers so much. It’s a bit unknown as to why, but apparently, some real bad blood happened between them. The Silver covenant and the Sunreavers absolutely hate each other. Not only that, but the Silver Covenant also hates the horde, and considers them monsters. So seeing their own kind joining up with monsters in their eyes, well. The Silver Covenant just felt they were in the right siding with the alliance, even if it means betraying their own people who at this point they must consider to be a lost cause.

I’m sure there is more to it than that. Probably a lot of behind-the-scenes political jargon. Maybe an assassination here, a backstab there. Them siding with the horde was only the start of this massive feud between them.
