Why does Fiona get a normal voice and other worgen don't?

I just want a normal human voice in my worgen form, I don’t want a voice that sounds like claws scraping on a chalkboard.

No but I should! And it should be covered in star moss and have a garden on the top, and there should be cushions with cats lounging on them.

Celestine of the Harvest has a normal voice, too. I think she and Fiona are the only worgen in the game to retain their human voices in worgen form.

Why do many DK NPCs get deathy voices and our PC do not?

DKs do get some minor voice alterations. I know because it kind of backfires on Forsaken death knights, making them sound less like scary monsters and more like they’ve been sucking helium. Just one reason my UD DK has no jaw- less reason to talk. Even his laugh is too high pitched.

Having faction/race/class distinctions adds complexity, variety and flavor to the game.
