I got full bis nax holy gear, and then full bis nax ret gear for tbc prep, tried out all manner of pvp specs, and the only one that was a consistent (75%+) vs other full bis classes like warriors and rogues was holy/prot, with sword and shield, and tonnes of spellpower gear. Not healing gear, spellpower gear

Also, I do not complain about ret paladins. I merely point out they should be nerfed. If you walk on the side of the road and see a roadkill, and then proclaim: “hey look, that’s a roadkill.” Did you complain or you just pointed out that a pile of useless meat is there?
I’ll let you in on a little secret: nobody likes ret paladins other than SOME ret paladins. People knows what kind of players is attracted to the spec, and if it was nerfed into the ground NOBODY would miss any retnoob who leaves/quit.

If you think Ret is OP then you’re simply bad at games and incapable of the critical thinking needed to analyze what they’re capable of in comparison to what they could be matched up against.
I’d probably wash you in this game and others. I’ve ranked top 100 in multiple seasons in XIV’s competitive arena which plays similar enough to this game and I was a competent player in WoW in the past despite not pushing ranked.
Take your weird bias against a class in a video game and go rethink your entire life because it’s extremely sad. I’ve already been regretting returning to this game even for the sake of my brother because the community is so bad it’s unreal.

I don’t think there is such a thing as “a daze effect”. Dazed is the name of an ability that almost every mob has. It’s not a category of effects, like fear, charm, slow, or disorient.
If you think Avenger shield should not be trinketable, or escape artist’d, then just say you think it should be a slow that should be untrinketable or that escape artist doesn’t work on.

I have an entire clip library of globaling people in Nax gear on Whitemane. It isn’t wild nor uncommon to do these things if you know how to gear in era to maximize proc rate.
Again, you quite clearly don’t even understand the class you’re speaking on which is why you don’t appreciate the power level of the rune landscape you’ve been given.
