I actually wanted to be a dude

  • humans seem too buff and cartoony.
  • the others are just bad (pre uptight orcs)
  • Male blood elves were perfect, but that twirl killer it. And I didn’t wanna be horde.

So female it is.

Long story short. Female Draenei are the only ones that look like they can take a hit and are not built like a cartoon

being a human irl, I identify with them. I’d play a gnome paladin but they’re not offered.

Because Death Knights are the only true playable High Elves in WoW.

I like the Blood Elf lore, there’s a ton of things to pull from when making your character. I also love their starting zone music, so that’s a bonus.

I like the traditional fantasy of dragons and elves - and to me elf includes trolls. WoW trolls are just elves that think they’re too good for the monicker.

Well back when I made this toon. Darkspear couldn’t be locks. By the time they became an option, I grew too attached to Rosenivy being a blood elf.
