Why do we need to change how 2pc works

Feedback: Class Sets in The War Within Season 2 - In Development / Undermine(d) PTR Discussion - World of Warcraft Forums

Every roll gets the same 2 piece keyword with slight variation to make it work with their spells, the 4 piece then takes those key words to focus on a spec specific interaction.
1 for tanks, 1 for heals and a ranged dps and melee dps version.
