I have for a long time, but I’m just amazed at how derivative and caustic GD has become. It’s fine to air a complaint, but the lengths some go can be too much.
I love WoW, but don’t intend to make bashing posts, but it can feel obligatory. Imagine a bright eyed new player being hit with all this salt.

They are insiders. I would be surprised if they didn’t occasionally get calls with tips and info about issues they might be interested in bringing to the attention of their viewers.
Streamers go out of their way to present what they see as good features in the best light. And since they are mostly very good players who play only certain types of content, their view of what’s good for the game is somewhat different from what players with different playstyles might think.
All forums are like this. Cooking forums, health forums, diet forums, etc., all infested with people who think everybody who cuts onions wrong or eats differently than them is doing life wrong, along with a fair number of malicious trolls posing as people in need of mental help and true believers in something that is clearly untrue.
