My subscription was set to renew in the morning. I use my Cash app VISA for my subscription. I added 15.00 from my bank account. What happened?
If the forum thinks your account lapsed it can say that, but if you’ve still active: Simply relogging or changing toons fixes this issue.
It can sometimes take a bit for it to catchup. Check ur subscription it mite have failed you can also try a pw change to force it.
Things look ok here, Justen. Time till 11/3 at least. Now, this does say authorization pending on your sub, but that will usually process through. As long as you have time - shouldn’t be an issue for the forums.
For some reason my account cant post on other forums. I get a message saying my subscription expired but I renewed it. Im playing the game now.
Forum permissions lag behind game permissions. Log off and back into the forums a couple of times to refresh their permissions.
If that doesn’t work, change your password to refresh.

Hey I redownload my old account after 5 years (life got busy).got in its says resubscribe to pick up where you left off. I clicked on it and it take to the battle.net page, where the only opinion is hitting the subscribe button. If I click on it will I lose my old characters?

In order to activate your old account you’d need to add game time. You can do that by buying a chunk of time and adding it to the account, or activating a subscription.
No, activating a subscription will not cause you to lose your old characters, but when you do so make sure that you are activating the subscription on your old WoW license and not creating a new one. You should be able to select the named license on your Battle.net account.
