People love to complain and cry, you literally can’t play a new (but old) expansion while retaining your old character in the previous version of that MMORPG and still do that content thats relevant …for free in any other MMORPG

No one is upset that you have to pay a sub to play TBC. They’re just correcting you when you say it’s free to play, because it isn’t.

It’s free like in the additional services you get as perks for being an Amazon Prime member. And that is just what Classic is, a perk that comes with your subscription. A lot of us just don’t choose to play the Retail game.

The best part is I did want to clone my characters and Ironically blizz already admitted they will be taking a snap shot of your character and have it ready whenever you want to “clone” it.
ITS ALREADY CLONED. Why the F would you charge $35 for something you are doing to everyones characters already without them even asking and then making it sound like its a chore to clone a character.
People on this forum that advocate $35 clone fee for character data they already cloned but don’t let you have access to is unbelievable to me. You wanna make money? $10-15 seems okay since again, they are already cloning everyone without every player even asking them to… If they have the characters ready to auto activate once you pay them their $35 thats a big steaming pile of BS.
