I’ve noticed it more recently, though did happen before but seems to be the people who have no 
despite hardly anyone sending messages after.

I’ve seen plenty of people quit/disconnect mid-fight in raids and watched people flame others/refuse to participate/etc in PvP. This isn’t new behavior, and M+ didn’t really amplify toxic elements that were always members of the community. Been watching it for years, including before M+ existed.

But it’s not bannable… only if you do it repeatedly/excessively… like “serial leavers”… ones that are out to intentionally brick someone’s key fairly early in the run and that’s what they do all day. They leave hundreds of keys in a week compared to most that only run 8 keys tops to fill the vault row or maybe up to 20 if you’re pushing score. But leaving multiple hundreds of keys sticks out like a sore thumb.
Yet all the conspiracy theorists see is “Blizzard is banning anyone abandoning keys.” It’s like a hilariously bad game of “telephone.” Very similar to “Blizzard is banning add-ons!” when what Ion actually said was they’d like to claw back some data access from add-ons and WeakAuras specifically for mythic raid encounters, yet somehow that’s “removing all add-ons.” 
The over-reaction level of some WoW players (not necessarily you, but you used misleading wording) is simply astounding!

Yes because raids in the early days of WoW were so wholesome. There definitely weren’t guild leaders who built loot systems that funneled all gear to themselves and their buddies…
Have you ever considered that the sheer pugability of M+ might increase the opportunity for toxicity, but the root of the problem is the anonymity that comes with pugging?

The trick is to buy a dozen donuts. Then also buy a box of donut holes.
You put the donut holes back in the donut hole. And you have a full donut. Such power should not be achievable for the average man.
